General Concept Plan <br />2. Development Stage <br />3. FInal Plan; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Developer shall enter lnto a development <br />agreement wIth the City of Mounds Vlew; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commlsslon has revIewed the Staff <br />recommendation and information submitted by the applIcant which <br />includes the following: <br /> <br />1. Slte Master Plan dated October 26, 1989. <br />2. Boundary and topographic survey (east) dated November <br />7, 1989. <br />3. Site plan (east) dated September 25, 1989. <br />4. Landscape plan (east) dated September 25, 1989. <br />5. Grading, drainage and utlllty plans (east) dated <br />December 7, 1989. <br />6. Preliminary plat of Mounds VIew Business Park East <br />dated December l2, 1989. <br />7. Preliminary sIte lIghting plan (east) dated September <br />25, 1989. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the applIcant has submltted a project that meets <br />the requlrements of Clty Code Chapter 40.24, Subd. C(2), <br />commercIal or Industrlal planned unIt development; and <br />
