<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />MOUNDS VIEW PLANNING COMMISSION <br />RESOLUTION NO. 285-90 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION DENYING SETBACK VARIANCE REQUEST BY <br />TOM PLUMB, 7359 PARK VIEW TERRACE, PLANNING CASE NO. 293-90 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View Planning Commission has <br />reviewed the request of Mr. Tom Plumb for a variance to allow <br />the construction of a three season porch into the rear yard <br />setback; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View Planning Commission has <br />reviewed the criteria used to evaluate all variance requests; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the applicant has presented a hardship <br />statement to the Planning Commission; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission does not find that a <br />hardship exists on the property; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View Planning Commission has <br />determined that the requested variance is not the minimum <br />amount variance needed; and <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View <br />Planning Commission denies the variance request of Mr. Tom <br />Plumb for a 5.5 foot variance into the rear yard setback. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Planning Commission <br />recognizes that the applicant has the right to the appeal <br />process as outlined in Section 40.26, Subd. E, of the Mounds <br />View Zoning Code. <br />
