<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />MOUNDS VIEW PLANNING COMMISSION <br />RESOLUTION NO. 290-90 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE SIDE YARD VARIANCE REQUEST BY <br />DAVE AND WENDY DELARIA, 7767 LONG LAKE ROAD, <br />PLANNING CASE NO. 296-90 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View Planning Commission reviewed <br />the request by Dave and Wendy DeLaria for a 2.5 foot variance <br />from the required 5 feet side yard setback; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission recognizes that narrow <br />lots were platted prior to the effective date of the new yard <br />requirements; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission recognizes that a <br />garage exists in the rear yard and access to the garage is <br />gained on an unimproved driveway leading to the rear yard; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the improved driveway would be in the location <br />of the unimproved driveway; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the variance requested is the minimum variance <br />necessary to alleviate the hardship. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View <br />Planning Commission approves the requested 2.5 foot variance <br />to locate a driveway in the side yard setback at 7767 Long <br />Lake Road. <br /> <br />Adopted this 6th day of June, 1990. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />~;'"( (/jb-;:Z;~" <br /> <br />Ch i .' n <br /> <br /> <br />,,(1 U. <br />\ / .
