<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />MOUNDS VIEW PLANNING COMMISSION <br />RESOLUTION NO. 291-90 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF THE REQUESTED SITE PLAN <br />REVISION BY GEORGE WAGER, 7660 WOODLAWN DRIVE, <br />PLANNING CASE NO. 138-83 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View Planning Commission has <br />reviewed the request by Mr. George Wager for a site plan <br />revision to allow the concrete curb to be installed without <br />the gutter as stated on the approved site plan; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the applicant has submitted a plan of the new <br />curb that has been reviewed by the City Engineer and found to <br />be acceptable; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the applicant has submitted a plan to allow a <br />concrete spillway and catch basin into the wetland where <br />currently the runoff spills across the grass; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the spillway and catch basin has been reviewed <br />by the City Engineer and found to be acceptable; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the drainage plan has been approved with the <br />original site plan. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View <br />Planning Commission recommends to the City Council approval of <br />the site plan revision request. <br /> <br />BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED that the Planning Commission <br />directs Staff to forward this resolution to the City Council <br />prior to approval of the minutes. <br /> <br />Adopted this 6th day of June, 1990. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> <br />i7-I.I~J-t~, <br /> <br />(SEAL) <br /> <br />{} lL{j~d~,,- <br /> <br />City Planner ' . <br />
