<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />MOUNDS VIEW PLANNING COMMISSION <br />RESOLUTION NO. 297-90 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL TO THE CITY COUNCIL <br />OF THE REQUESTED CONDITIONAL USE/PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT <br />REQUEST BY DYNEX INDUSTRIES FOR A PHASED BUILDING ADDITION AT <br />4751 MUSTANG CIRCLE, PLANNING CASE NO. 302-90 <br /> <br />~IEREAS, Dynex Industries has requested a conditional <br />use/planned unit development to allow a phased development of <br />the property they own at 4751 Mustang Circle; and <br /> <br />~IEREAS, Dynex Industries has submitted a site plan <br />dated July 10, 1990, and received by the City July 11, 1990, <br />which outlines the phased development; and <br /> <br />~IEREAS, the proposed site plan includes the proposed <br />landscaping plan which is in conformance with the suggestions <br />made by City Forester Wriskey; and <br /> <br />~IEREAS, the applicant has requested that the northern <br />portion of the parking/driveway area remain gravel until Phase <br />3 develops in 1993 or the applicant applies for an extension; <br />and <br /> <br />MiEREAS, the site plan calls for interlocking curbing <br />on a portion of the parking/driveway area which has been found <br />to be acceptable by the City Engineer; and <br /> <br />MiEREAS, the City Engineer has reviewed the grading, <br />drainage, and erosion plan and finds that the plan is <br />acceptable; and <br /> <br />MiEREAS, the building elevations have been submitted <br />and are compatible with the existing building; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the lighting plan has yet to be submitted for <br />review by. the City; and <br /> <br />ffiiEREAS, the project has received approval from the <br />Rice Creek Watershed District. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View <br />Planning Commission recommends to the City Council approval of <br />the requested conditional use/planned unit development for the <br />phased building addition at Dynex Industries, 4751 Mustang <br />Circle, contingent upon the following: <br />
