<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />MOUNDS VIEW PLANNING COMMISSION <br />RESOLUTION NO. 298-90 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF THE CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR <br />ADDITIONAL ACCESSORY BUILDING SQUARE FOOTAGE FOR RICHARD AND DEBRA <br />OMAN, 8205 GROVE LAND ROAD, PLANNING CASE NO. 306-90 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View Planning Commission has reviewed <br />the request of Richard and Debra Oman for additional accessory <br />building square footage; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View Zoning Ordinance allows by <br />Conditional Use up to 1,264 square feet of accessory building <br />square footage on one lot; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the proposed building meets all applicable <br />setback requirements; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the proposed total building square footage is <br />1,112 square feet which is below the maximum allowed; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, in the past there had been a proposal to <br />subdivide this lot and extend the road through this area; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the proposed subdivision was never pursued and <br />subsequently dropped by the applicant. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View <br />Planning Commission recommends to the City Council approval of the <br />requested conditional use permit for additional accessory building <br />square footage by Richard and Debra Oman, 8205 Groveland Road, <br />contingent upon the following: <br /> <br />a. That the conditional use permit is recorded with <br />Ramsey County. <br /> <br />b. That the applicant understands that no other <br />accessory building will be allowed on this property. <br /> <br />c. No motor vehicles other than licensed collectors <br />vehicles allowed. <br /> <br />d. There will be no improved or unimproved driveway <br />access to the accessory structures. <br /> <br />e. <br /> <br />That the building shall be a permanent structure and <br />maintain a uniform appearance with the principal <br />structure. <br />
