<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />-. <br /> <br />MOUNDS VIEW PLANNING COMMISSION <br />RESOLUTION NO. 300-90 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF THE MINOR SUBDIVISION <br />REQUEST BY MARIAN WINTHER, 2801 WOODCREST DRIVE, <br />PLANNING CASE NO. 308-90 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View Planning Commission has <br />reviewed the proposed minor subdivision request by Marian <br />Winther for the property located at 2801 Woodcrest Drive, <br />legally known as Knollwood Park, Lot 97, as shown on the <br />proposed Certificate of Survey dated August 3, 1990, with <br />revisions dated August 16, 1990; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, each of the proposed lots meet minimum lot <br />area and width requirements as outlined in the Chapter 40, <br />"Zoning" and Chapter 42, "Subdivision Regulations"; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, no variances are to be implied by allowing the <br />street address to be on the long side of the lot. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View <br />Planning Commission recommends approval of the minor <br />subdivision request by Marian Winther, 2801 Woodcrest Drive, <br />contingent upon the following: <br /> <br />1. This resolution and Certificate of Survey be <br />recorded with Ramsey County within sixty (60) days <br />of final adoption. <br /> <br />2. The applicant pay the park dedication fee of <br />$100.00. <br /> <br />BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED that the Planning Commission <br />directs Staff to forward this resolution to the City Council <br />prior to approval of the minutes. <br /> <br />Adopted this 7th day of November, 1990. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> <br />(SEAL) <br /> <br />/~4;d!;/ =r"/ <br /> <br />~anning Technician <br />
