<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 312-91 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF THE MINOR SUBDIVISION <br />REQUEST BY THE ESTATE OF ARLIEN NEWTON, <br />8300 FAIRCHILD AVENUE, PLANNING CASE NO. 322-91 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the proposed minor <br />subdivision request by the Estate of Arlien Newton for the property located at <br />8300 Fairchild Avenue, legally known as Auditor's Subdivision No. 89, Lot 5, <br />Block 1, Gustafson's 1st Addition and in said Auditor'S Subdivision No. 89 the <br />north 95.07 feet (subject to roads and easements) of Lot 68, as shown on the <br />Certificate of survey dated March 25, 1991; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, each of the proposed lots meet the minimum lot area and <br />width requirements as outlined in the zoning and subdivision ordinances. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Commission of the <br />City of Mounds View recommends approval of the requested minor subdivision <br />contingent upon the following: <br /> <br />1. That the City deed back to the estate of Arlien Newton 10'- 0" of <br />land along the southern most line of Tract A. <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />That the most easterly 15 feet of the most southerly 95.07 feet of <br />Tract A be deeded over to the City for road right-of-way. <br /> <br />3. That a 10 foot utility easement, centered on the rear lot lines of <br />the newly created tracts, be provided. <br /> <br />4. This resolution and the Certificate of Survey be recorded with <br />Ramsey County within sixty (60) days of final adoption. <br /> <br />5. The applicant pay a park dedication fee of $100.00 <br /> <br />BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED that the Planning Commission directs Staff <br />to forward this resolution to the City Council prior to approval of the <br />minutes. <br /> <br />Adopted this 1st day of May, 1991. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> <br />L <br /> <br />(SEAL) <br />
