<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />MOUNDS VIEW PLANNING COMMISSION <br />RESOLUTION NO. 314-91 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING VARIANCE REQUEST BY <br />DAVID BRIDGES, 8032 SUNNYSIDE ROAD, <br />PLANNING CASE NO. 323-91 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Mr. Bridges has requested a variance to allow <br />the placement of a garage closer to the property than is allowed <br />by Municipal code; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Mr. Bridges is requesting a 3 foot variance <br />from the setback on the south side of his property; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has determined that <br />the property has a uniqueness, due to mature trees and an <br />existing driveway, that precludes the applicant from meeting the <br />required setback; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, no reasonable alternatives for the location of <br />the proposed structure exist; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the requested variance is the minimum needed <br />to alleviate the problem; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the granting of the variance will not confer a <br />privilege to the owner which is not enjoyed by other residents. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View <br />Planning Commission grants a 3 foot variance from the south <br />property line at 8032 Sunnyside Road for the purpose of <br />constructing a garage, contingent upon the following: <br /> <br />1.
