<br />. <br /> <br />MOUNDS VIEW PLANNING COMMISSION <br />RESOLUTION NO. 321-91 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF AN AMENDMENT TO A <br />PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT FOR DYNEX INDUSTRIES, <br />4751 MUSTANG CIRCLE, PLANNING CASE NO. 302-90 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View Planning Commission has <br />reviewed the request by Dynex Industries for a planned uni.t <br />development amendment to the already approved P.U.D. site plans <br />for the project at 4751 Mustang circle; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the changes involve the placement of a 30 foot <br />by 50 foot canopy at the site; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the proposed change does not impact previously <br />approved parking or landscaping plans; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the impact of the proposed change on the on- <br />site storm water management has been reviewed by the City <br />Engineer; and <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the city Engineer has determined that the <br />proposed change will not significantly impact the storm water <br />management capabilities on the site; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Rice Creek Watershed District has reviewed the <br />proposed change for compliance. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning <br />Commission of the City of Mounds View recommends to the City <br />Council approval of the proposed planned unit development <br />amendment as requested. <br /> <br />BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED that the Planning Commission <br />directs Staff to forward this resolution to the City Council <br />prior to approval of the minutes. <br /> <br />Adopted this 4th day of September, 1991. <br /> <br />( SEAL) <br /> <br /> <br />u <br /> <br />/'_/// //:/ t- <br /> <br />P1anner <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />. <br />
