<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />MOUNDS VIEW PLANNING COMMISSION <br />RESOLUTION NO. 360-93 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A CONDITIONAL <br />USE PERMIT TO ALLOW AN OVERSIZED GARAGE FOR GERALD SETTERHOLM <br />7312 PARK VIEW DRIVE, PLANNING CASE NO. 364-93 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View Planning commission has <br />reviewed the request of Gerald Setterholm for an oversized <br />accessory building (garage) ; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View Zoning Ordinance allows, by <br />conditional use permit, up to 1,264 square feet of accessory <br />building (garage) square footage on one lot; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the proposed total garage/accessory building <br />square footage on the lot is 1,008 square feet which is below the <br />maximum allowed; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the proposed building meets all applicable <br />setback requirements. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View <br />Planning Commission recommends to the City Council approval of <br />the requested conditional use permit for an oversized accessory <br />building by Gerald Setterholm, 7312 Park View Drive, contingent <br />upon the following: <br /> <br />a) The conditional use permit be recorded with Ramsey <br />County. <br /> <br />b) The building be designed and maintained to provide a <br />uniform appearance with the dwelling unit. <br /> <br />c) Should the use change for what the permit was granted <br />for, the permit will become null and void. <br /> <br />d) That no additional accessory buildings shall be allowed <br />on the property per Chapter 40.10 Subdivision D 6(c) of <br />the Mounds View Municipal Code. <br />
