<br />. <br /> <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />RESOLUTION NO. 361-93 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING REVOCATION OF THE APPROVED CONDITIONAL <br />USE PERMITS GRANTED FOR AN OVERSIZE ACCESSORY BUILDING AND <br />GARAGE AT 3030 COUNTY ROAD J, PLANNING CASE NO.304-90, CITY <br />COUNCIL RESOLUTION NOS. 4067 AND 4081 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View City Council granted Mr. John <br />Engberg conditional use permits to allow for the placement of an <br />oversize accessory building and garage at 3030 County Road J; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, these approvals were given in the form of City <br />Council Resolution Nos. 4067 and 4981; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, these resolutions included specific <br />contingencies upon which the Conditional Use Permit approvals <br />were based; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, in violation of Resolution Nos. 4067 and 4081, <br />certain contingencies outlined in the resolutions have not been <br />met to the satisfaction of the City of Mounds View; and <br /> <br />. WHEREAS, the City of Mounds View has, subsequent to the <br />adoption of Resolution Nos. 4067 and 4081, informed Mr. Engberg <br />of these violations of the approved Conditional Use Permits. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View <br />Planning Commission recommends that the previously approved <br />Conditional Use Permits for an oversized accessory building and <br />garage at 3030 County Road J - city Council Resolution Nos. 4067 <br />and 4081 - be revoked due to lack of compliance with <br />contingencies attached to those approvals. <br /> <br />BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED that the Mounds View Planning <br />Commission directs staff to forward this resolution to the City <br />Council prior to approval of the minutes. <br /> <br />Adopted this 7th day of July, 1993. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> <br />? <br />t!-'tc:.Ji---- <br /> <br />( SEAL) <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />0',~/~L <br /> <br />ci ty Pla.nner <br />
