<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO~ 367-93 <br />PAGE TWO <br /> <br />4. The hours of operation shall be 24 hours. <br />After one year of operation the city shall hold <br />a public hearing to solicit input on the hours <br />of operation. If there are any negative com- <br />ments, the hours of operation may be reduced. <br /> <br />5. The car wash facility shall include a blower <br />system designed to remove as much water as <br />feasible from the vehicle before it is allowed <br />to exit the facility. This equipment shall <br />operate as a customer option from April 16 to <br />October 14 and as a mandatory service from <br />October 15 through April 15. <br /> <br />6. A performance bond shall be provided by the <br />applicant to ensure plantings are installed per <br />City Forester recommendation. <br /> <br />7.
