<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />MOUNDS VIEW PLANNING COMMISSION <br />RESOLUTION NO. 382-94 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF THE DEVELOPMENT REQUEST <br />OF WESTMINSTER CORPORATION, PLANNING CASE NO. 375-94 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Westminster Corporation has requested City <br />approval to construct an 83 unit Senior Housing Project at 2701 <br />County ,Road I; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Chapter 1006 of the Mounds View Municipal Code <br />requires that a development review be conducted for all <br />residential developments other than single family detached <br />dwelling units within the City; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the <br />following documents regarding this development proposal: <br /> <br />1. Planning Application dated January 20, 1994 <br />2. Letter of request dated February 2, 1994 <br />3. Site/Landscape Plan dated March 18, 1994 and <br />revised April 28, 1994 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning commission has determined that <br />the proposal is in conformance with all applicable requirements <br />of Chapter 1119, PUD Zoning, of the Mounds View Municipal Code. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View <br />Planning Commission recommends approval of the development review <br />request contingent upon the following: <br /> <br />1) All fees and costs associated with the review of <br />this request including, but not limited to, <br />appropriate Planning fees, consulting engineer fees <br />and legal costs, shall be paid in full prior to the <br />issuance of building permits for the project. <br /> <br />2) The proposed Storm Water Control plan shall be <br />approved by both the City Consulting Engineer and <br />the Rice Creek Watershed District. <br /> <br />3) provision shall be made for the safe crossing of <br />County Road I from the proposed project site to the <br />South side of County Road I fronting Silver View <br />Park. <br />
