<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />MOUNDS VIEW PLANNING COMMISSION <br />RESOLUTION NO. 384-94 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A REZONING REQUEST OF <br />WESTMINSTER CORPORATION, PLANNING CASE NO. 375-94 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Westminster Corporation has made application to <br />rezone a portion of the property located North of County Road I and <br />Southeast of Highway 10 from B-2, Limited Business to PUD, Planned <br />unit Development; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the property is legally known as,: <br /> <br />Lot 1, Block 9 Silver Lake Woods; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Chapter 1125.01, Subdivision leE!) of the Mounds <br />View Municipal Code provides that the Planning Comnlission shall <br />consider possible adverse effects of the proposed cLmendment. It <br />further states that judgement shall be based upon, but not limited to, <br />the following factors: <br /> <br />1- <br />2. <br />3. <br /> <br />Relationship to Municipal comprehenslive Plan <br />The geographical area involved <br />Whether such use will tend to or act:ually depreciate <br />the area in which it is proposed <br />The character of the surrounding arE~a <br />The demonstrated need for such use; and <br /> <br />4. <br />5. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View Planning commission has reviewed <br />the request in relation to the aforementioned critE!ria; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the rezoning request is consistEmt with the City's <br />current Comprehensive Land Use Plan designation for this property <br />which is mixed use planned unit development; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, approval of the request will provide for a zoning <br />designation which is consistent with the current and proposed land <br />use. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the ]~ounds View Planning <br />commission recommends approval of the request to rlezone the property <br />legally known as: <br /> <br />Lot 1, Block 9 Silver Lake Woods <br /> <br />from B-2, Limited Business to PUD, Planned unit Development. <br />
