<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />" <br /> <br />MOUNDS VIEW PLANNING COMMISSION <br />RESOLUTION NO. 392-94 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A MAJOR SUBDIVISION <br />FOR CITYWIDE DEVELOPERS, PLANNING CASE NO. 387-94 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Citywide Developers have requested approval of <br />a major subdivision for the property legally described and <br />attached as Exhibit A; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the plat is shown as Sherwood Estates and dated <br />May 18, 1994; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the <br />applicant's request for a major subdivision that includes 17 lots <br />and one (1) outlot and found that it is in conformance with all <br />applicable sections of the Mounds View Municipal Code; and <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning <br />Commission of the City of Mounds View recommends approval of the <br />major subdivision request by Citywide Developers contingent upon <br />the following: <br /> <br />1) Outlot A as shown on the proposed Plat shall be <br />deeded to the City until such time that the property to the <br />immediate South of the Outlot is developed. <br /> <br />2) Storm water ponding on the proposed Plat shall be <br />provided per direction of the City Consulting Engineer <br /> <br />BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED that the Planning Commission <br />directs Staff to forward this resolution to the City Council prior <br />to approval of the minutes. <br /> <br />Adopted this 6th day of July, 1994. <br /> <br />l~TTEST : <br /> <br />Chairman <br /> <br />~! ~r~ <br /> <br />-'') <br />.--------: c-- <br />r ~" .r <br />Developmen Coord1nator <br /> <br />( SEAL)' <br /> <br />..// /" """" <br /> <br />~ommunity <br /> <br />,,,.: <br />"-- <br />
