<br />. <br /> <br />MOUNDS VIEW PLANNING COMMISSION <br />RESOLUTION NO. 394-94 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF AN EXTENSION OF A <br />CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR A TEMPORARY ACCESSORY STRUCTURE, <br />CHURCH UPON THE ROCK, 7901 RED OAK DRIVE <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Church Upon the Rock has made application <br />for a Conditional Use Permit to allow for the continued use of <br />a temporary accessory structure at 7901 Red Oak Drive; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, In 1988, the Mounds View City Council gave <br />approval for a Conditional Use Permit for the placement of a <br />temporary accessory structure on the property; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the approved City Council resolution con- <br />tained a "sunset" clause, which effectively revoked the permit <br />after a five year period; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, in 1993, the City Council granted an exten- <br />sion of one year to the original approval; and <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Church Upon the Rock has requested an <br />additional 2-year extension of the Conditional Use permit; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the <br />request and found it in conformance with applicable City <br />Codes. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View <br />Planning Commission recommends approval of the requested <br />extension of a Conditional Use Permit for the location of a <br />temporary accessory structure for Church Upon the Rock, 7901 <br />Red Oak Drive. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Planning commission <br />directs Staff to forward a copy of this Resolution to the City <br />Council prior to approval of the minutes. <br /> <br />Adopted this 6th day of July, 1994 <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /><,SEAL) <br /> <br />. h r;;t-~ <br /> <br />Cha1rm~!l__~_~ <br />,,- ') <br />.-/ / <br />/-'/-" . .--:-::; It L--7' ,- <br />(community Development Coordinator <br /> <br />. <br />
