<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />MOUNDS VIEW PLANNING COMMISSION <br />RESOLUTION NO. 424-95 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF THE DEVELOPMENT REQUEST <br />OF MIDWEST I.V., PLANNING CASE NO. 419-95 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Midwest I.V. has requested City approval to <br />construct a 29,168 square foot Office/Manufacturing facility at <br />8400 Coral Sea Street; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Chapter 1006 of the Mounds View Municipal Code <br />requires that a development review be conducted for all <br />commercial and industrial developments within the City; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the <br />following documents regarding this development proposal: <br /> <br />1. Planning Application dated June 1, 1995 <br />2. Site/Landscape Plan dated July 21, 1995 and <br />revised August 7, 1995 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has determined that <br />the proposal is in conformance with all applicable requirements <br />of Chapter 1116, Industrial Zone District, of the Mounds View <br />Municipal Code; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Rice Creek Watershed District and the city <br />of Mounds View Consulting Engineer have reviewed the proposed <br />drainage plan for the project and recommend approval. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View <br />Planning Commission recommends approval of the development review <br />request contingent upon the following: <br /> <br />1) The applicant shall provide landscaping as directed <br />by the City Forester in his letter dated July 14, <br />1995. <br /> <br />2) The applicant shall enter into a Development <br />Agreement with the city of Mounds View. <br /> <br />BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED that the Planning Commission <br />directs Staff to forward this resolution to the City Council <br />prior to approval of the minutes. <br /> <br />Adopted this 16th day of August, 1995. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />cha:~I11~nB ~ <br />~i:y' D-:V~~ ~ordinator <br /> <br />( SEAL) <br />
