<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Resolution No. 426-95 <br />Page Two <br /> <br />6. The use is not in conflict with the Comprehensive Plan of <br />the city. <br /> <br />7. The use will not cause traffic hazards or congestion. <br /> <br />8. Adequate utilities, access roads, drainage and necessary <br />facilities have been provided. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Planning commission <br />recommends approval with the followinl;} conditions: <br /> <br />1. Adequate facilities continue t:o be provided for the humane <br />treatment of the animals. <br /> <br />2. Control and restraint of the .animals continue to be <br />provided on the kennel site. <br /> <br />3.
