<br />e <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 435-95 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ADOPTING WATER EMERGENCY AND CONSERVATION PLAN <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Mounds View is mandated by the Departments of Natural <br />Resources to prepare and adopt a Water Conservation and Emergency Plan; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Plan has been prepared by the City's Engineering Firm, SEH, and <br />is in final draft form; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Plan meets all known requirements, and at this time must be <br />submitted to the metropolitan Council for it's approval; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Upon approval from the Metropolitan Council the Plan will <br />be incorporated in to the City's Comprehensive Plan. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOL YED that the Plan, upon approval of the <br />metropolitan Council, will be incorporated in the City's Comprehensive Plan, <br /> <br />Adopted this 6th day of December, 1995. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />~"1~' ~~ <br />Chairpers9h [/ <br /> <br />SEAL: <br /> <br />" H:.? ;ltlL.- 4Lk~) <br />Planningh\ssoeJ.ate <br />
