<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 442-96 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION TO THE CITY COUNCIL APPROVING THE <br />CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT REQUEST BY LINDER'S GREENHOUSES, <br />MOUNDS VIEW SQUARE, PLANNING CASE NO. 435-95 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Pete Linder, representing Linder's Greenhouses, has requested City <br />approval to conduct open and outdoor sales at Mounds View Square Shopping Center; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the open and outdoor sales would take the form of a temporary <br />greenhouse facility on the site; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View Municipal Code allows open and outdoor sales in a <br />B-4, Regional Business with the issuance of a conditional use permit; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the following documents <br />regarding this proposal: <br /> <br />a) <br />b) <br /> <br />Site plan dated December 19, 1995 <br />Letter of request dated December 15, 1995 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has determined that the proposal is in <br />conformance with the requirements of the Municipal Code, specifically Title 1100. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View Planning <br />Commission recommends approval of the conditional use permit with the following <br />conditions: <br />1. <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />The facility shall be allowed to operate from March 20, 1996 to July <br />15, 1996 <br />The hours of operation of the facility shall not exceed 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 <br />p.m. <br /> <br />BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED that the Planning Commission directs staff to forward <br />this reso,lution to the City Council prior to approval of the minutes. <br /> <br />Adopted this 7th day of February, 1996. <br /> <br />Attest: <br /> <br />~~~ <br />Chairperson <br /> <br />~ ~~~ <br />' U /' ,~ -':/, <br />PI rii;;~Sociate <br /> <br />(Seal) <br />
