Studies have shown that adult establishments which allow more <br />than one use have more detrimental impacts than establishments <br />providing only one use. The prohibition of more than one use in <br />adult establishments is not addressed within the Ordinance. <br /> <br />c. Studies have shown that negative impacts diminish significantly at <br />three blocks or more away from an adult use establishment.
