<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />MOUNDS VIEW PLANNING COMMISSION <br />RESOLUTION NO. 449-96 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT REQUEST <br />BY KIRK OLSON, REPRESENTATIVE OF MERRYVILLE FARM MARKET, <br />MOUNDSVIEW SQUARE, PLANNING CASE NO. 439-96 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Kirk Olson, representing Merryville Farm Market, has requested City approval to <br />conduct open and outdoor sales at MoundsView Square Shopping Center; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View Municipal Code allows open and outdoor sales in a B-4, <br />Regional Business Zoning District with the issuance of a conditional use permit; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the following documents regarding this <br />proposal: <br /> <br />a) Site Plan dated April 23, 1996 <br />b) Letter of request dated April 23, 1996 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the planning Commission has determined that the proposal is in conformance with <br />the requirements of the Municipal Code, specifically Title 1100, <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Mounds View Planning Commission <br />recommends approval of the conditional use permit with the following conditions: <br /> <br />1, The facility shall be allowed to operate from July 15, 1996 to September <br />02, 1996. <br />2, This resolution only permits the sale of produce at the site, <br />3, The hours of operation of the facility shall not exceed from 10:00 a,m. to 6:00 p,m. <br /> <br />BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED that the Planning Commission directs Staff to forward this <br />resolution to the City Council prior to the approval of the minutes, <br /> <br />Adopted this 5th day of June, 1996. <br /> <br />AITEST: <br /> <br /> <br />(SEAL) , <br /> <br />~?~ <br />Chairperson J er Peterson <br />
