<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />MOUNDS VIEW PLANNING COMMISSION <br />RESOLUTION NO. 467-96 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT TO ALLOW <br />AN OVERSIZED GARAGE FOR JEROME ESPESETH, <br />8005 WOODLAWN DRIVE, MOUNDS VIEW PLANNING CASE NO. 448-96 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View Planning Commission has reviewed the request of Jerome Espeseth for <br />additional accessory square footage; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View Zoning Ordinance allows by conditional use penllit up to 1,264 square <br />feet of accessory building square footage on one lot; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, thc proposed total accessory building square footage on the lot is 1, 260 square feet, which <br />is below the maximum allowed; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the proposed building meets all applicablc setback requirements. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View Planning Commission recommends <br />to thc City Council approval of the requested eonditional use permit for additional accessory building square <br />footage by Jerome Espeseth, 8005 Woodlawn Drive, contingent upon the following: <br /> <br />1. The eonditional use permit be recorded with Ramsey County within 60 days of City Council <br />approval and proof of such recording be presented to the City of Mounds View. <br /> <br />2. The building be designed and maintaincd to providc a uniform appearancc with thc <br />dwelling unit. <br /> <br />3. <br />4. <br /> <br />The existing garage and shcd be removed from the property prior to construction of the garage. <br />Should the use change for what the pemlit was granted for, the pcrmit shall becomc null and <br />void. <br /> <br />5. Whenever, within one ycar after granting this conditional use permit, the work permitted by <br />this permit shall not have been completed, then such permit shall become null and void unless a <br />petition for extension of time in which to eomplete the work has been granted by the City <br />Council. <br /> <br />6. Jerome Espeseth enter into a dcvelopment agreemcnt with the City of Mounds View. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that thc Mounds View Planning Commission directs Staff to forward <br />this resolution to the City Couneil prior to approval of the minutes. <br /> <br />Adopted this lOth day ofJuly, 1996. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Charrpenob):.~-- <br /> <br />'<;:J:;AT) <br />~.~J_' LI <br /> <br />
