Section 1102.01 is hereby amended to add a new Subd. 88. "Principal <br />Building" as stated below, and the subsequent subdivisions in this section are to be renumbered <br />accordingly. <br /> <br />Subd. 88. Principal Building: The main or primary building containing the principal use of <br />a property as distinguished from an accessory building. <br /> <br />Section 2. Section 1104.01 Subd. 3. Is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />Subd. 3. Setbacks for Principal Buildings: The setback distances listed in the table below <br />apply to principal buildings. except as otherwise provided for conditional uses in <br />specific zoning districts. All setback distances shown, as listed in the table below, <br />shall be measured from the appropriate lot line.
