<br />. <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />MOUNDS VIEW PLANNING COMMISSION <br />RESOLUTION NO. 495-97 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A CONDmONAL USE PERMIT <br />TO ALLOW AN OVERSIZED GARAGE FOR TAMMY BELLAMY, <br />2185 PINEWOOD DRIVE; MOUNDS VIEW PLANNING CASE NO. 473-97 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Tammy Bellamy has applied for a conditional use permit to construct a 1,260 <br />square foot garage on her property located at 2185 Pinewood Drive, zoned R-l, Single Family <br />Residential, legally described as followed: <br /> <br />LOT 32, BLOCK 8, PINEWOOD TERRACE NO.3 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, The Mounds View Zoning Code allows, with a conditional use permit, up to <br />1,264 square feet of garage/accessory building on one lot; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the following documents regarding <br />this proposal: <br /> <br />a. Planning Application <br />b. Zoning Map <br />c. Met <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission makes the following findings that possible adverse <br />effects have been considered in its recommendation, as required by Section 1125.01 Subd. I.e.: <br />
