Development <br />in this area shall be designed to provide a buffer of at least 50 feet in landscaping or tree coverage, <br />and to restrict access to County Road H2, if this area is used for commercial development to protect <br />the single family residential neighborhood south of County Road H2. Development on the O'Neil <br />property shall include commercial uses, and these uses shall be destination oriented, rather than local <br />convenience commercial uses since an adequate supply of such commercial uses have been developed <br />in Mounds View.
