<br />Planning Commission Resolution No. 515-97 <br />Silverview Estates Development Review <br />November 19, 1997 <br />Page 2 <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Rick Wriskey, the Mounds View City Forester, has reviewed the landscape <br />plans as presented and finds them acceptable; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Mark Bishop, the Mounds View Fire Marshal, has reviewed the plans and <br />finds them acceptable with stipulations. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View Planning Commission <br />recommends approval of the Development Review request by Silverview Estates Development <br />Company contingent upon the following: <br /> <br />1. The car wash developer/operator shall recycle a minimum of sixty percent (60%) of the <br />water used in the car wash process. <br /> <br />2. The R V service center drains accessing the City's sanitary sewer system shall be kept <br />locked or secured to prevent unauthorized dumping. <br /> <br />3. Before the City Council takes action on this Development Review request, the applicant <br />shall amend the plans as follows: <br /> <br />. a. The table showing pervious and impervious area by lot shall be amended to be <br /> consistent with other tables and to reflect accurate data and to include a column for <br /> percentages pervious and impervious. <br /> b. Building heights, canopy detail and signage for the Holiday store shall be added to <br /> the plans. <br /> c. The 30-foot parking lot setback along Silver Lake Road for the senior housing <br /> building is labeled as 10 feet. This will need to be changes to reflect the correct <br /> setback. <br /> d. Where existing vegetation/plant materials are to be preserved, the landscape plan shall <br /> be updated with a notation to reflect this. <br /> e. The lighting used under the gas station's canopy shall be shielded or hooded to comply <br /> with City Code regarding glare. <br /> f An area south of Lot 3 has been designated as snow storage. No storage of any kind <br /> will be permitted within the wetlands area. As such, the plan shall be changed to show <br /> the snow storage between the parking lot and the wetland boundary on Lot 3. <br />. g. Sign setbacks shall be shown on the plans. <br />
