<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Planning Commission Resolution 526-97 <br />Silverview Estates Preliminary Plat <br />November 14, 1997 <br />Page 2 <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View Planning Commission <br />recommends approval of the preliminary plat request by Silverview Estates Development <br />Company contingent upon the following: <br /> <br />1. Before the City Council takes action on this preliminary plat request, the applicant <br />shall revise the plat as following: <br /> <br />a. Dimensions shall be shown for the 30-foot by 30-foot triangular easement for the <br />City's gateway element at the comer of Silver Lake Road and Highway 10. <br /> <br />b. A ten foot drainage and utility easement along Silver Lake Road shall be added, if <br />required by the City Engineer or Public Works Director. <br /> <br />c. The Silver Lake Road right of way shall be amended to reflect a 43-foot right of <br />way. <br /> <br />2.
