<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Planning Commission Resolution 526-97 <br />Silverview Estates Preliminary Plat <br />November 14, 1997 <br />Page 2 <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View Planning Commission <br />recommends approval of the preliminary plat request by Silverview Estates Development <br />Company contingent upon the following: <br /> <br />1. Before the City Council takes action on this preliminary plat request, the applicant <br />shall revise the plat as following: <br /> <br />a. Dimensions shall be shown for the 30-foot by 30-foot triangular easement for the <br />City's gateway element at the comer of Silver Lake Road and Highway 10. <br /> <br />b. A ten foot drainage and utility easement along Silver Lake Road shall be added, if <br />required by the City Engineer or Public Works Director. <br /> <br />c. The Silver Lake Road right of way shall be amended to reflect a 43-foot right of <br />way. <br /> <br />2. Before any permits are issued for this subdivision (building, grading or otherwise), the <br />applicant shall have paid a park dedication fee in amount specified by the City Council <br />as required in Section 1204.02 of the Municipal Code according to the appraisal report <br />dated October 31, 1997. <br /> <br />BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED that the Planning Commission directs staff to forward this <br />resolution to the City Council prior to approval of the minutes. <br /> <br />Adopted this 19th day of November, 1997. <br /> <br />~so~~ <br /> <br />ATTEST: ~. <br /> <br /> <br />~ <br />unity Development Director <br /> <br />N:\DATA\GROUPS\COMDEV\DEVCASES\S02-97\526-97.RES <br />
