An executed drainage and utility easement over and across those areas so <br />noted on the Certificate of Survey. <br /> <br />b. An executed shared access driveway easement over and across that area of <br />Lots 79 and 80 Spring Lake Park Hillview that serve the adjoining <br />apartment buildings as shown on the Certificate of Survey. <br /> <br />2. Prior to the signature of the Mayor and City Administrator on the Certificate of <br />Survey, the applicant shall: <br /> <br />a. Record the drainage and utility easements, the shared access driveway <br />easement and the pedestrian easement with Ramsey County and provide <br />proof of such recordation. <br /> <br />b. Provide to the City payment of a park dedication fee equivalent to ten <br />percent of the fair market value of the vacant lots or by another assessment <br />means acceptable to the City, as required by Code in Section 1204.02, <br />Subdivision 4. <br /> <br />" <br />.J. <br /> <br />After the Certificate of Survey has been signed by the appropriate parties and <br />completed with the document recordation numbers, the applicant shall record the <br />City Council resolution of approval, with the Certificate of Survey as an <br />attachment, with Ramsey County within sixty (60) days offinal adoption, and <br />present proof of such recording to the City of Mounds View, or this approval shall <br />be null and void. <br /> <br />4.
