<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />MOUNDS VIEW PLANNING COMMISSION <br />RESOLUTION NO. 567-99 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A MINOR SUBDIVISION <br />FOR DANNY DANIELSON, 8444 GREENWOOD DRIVE; <br />MOUNDS VIEW PLANNING CASE NO. 540-98 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Danny Danielson, representing parents Ernest & Marlene Danielson, has <br />requested approval for a minor subdivision dividing property located at 8444 Greenwood Drive, <br />property zoned R-l, Single Family Residential, legally described as follows: <br /> <br />The Sout/t 234.98 Feet of Lot 5, Block 1, Danielson Addition, <br />Ramsey County, State of Minnesota <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the two lots created by this minor subdivision, Parcel A (the northern parcel <br />with the existing home) and Parcel B (the southern parcel) would be legally described as follows: <br /> <br />Parcel A: <br /> <br />The Nort/t 156.97 Feet of the South 234.98 Feet of Lot 5, Block 1, <br />Danielson Allllition, County of Ramsey, State of Minnesota <br /> <br />Parcel B: <br /> <br />The Sout/t 78.01 Feet of Lot 5, Block 1, Danielson Addition, County of <br />Ramsey, State of Minnesota <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the applicant's request for a minor <br />subdivision and has determined that it is in conformance with Chapters 1104, 1201, and 1202 of <br />the Municipal Code; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission finds that the applicant's request for a minor <br />subdivision is in conformance with the Comprehensive Plan; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the applicant has submitted a Certificate and Plat of Survey for the above <br />described property; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Engineering Technician for the City of Mounds View has reviewed the <br />proposed minor subdivision and has found it acceptable with stipulations as noted herein; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, all subdivisions of land are subject to a park dedication fee as required in <br />Section 1204.02 of the Municipal Code <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View Planning Commission <br />recommends approval of the minor subdivision request made by Danny Danielson, of 8444 <br />Greenwood Drive, contingent upon the following: <br />
