<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Planning Commission Resolution 576-99 <br />Dietrich Variance <br />April 7, 1999 <br />Page 2 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the variance requested is the minimum variance which would alleviate the <br />hardship, in that the variance requested is not based upon a specific distance but rather the <br />physical location of the accessory structure between the house and street which is the minimum <br />variance required to alleviate the hardship; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the variance woultlnot be materially detrimental to the purpose of this Title <br />or to other propeliies in the same zone in that no surrounding properties will be impacted by this <br />allowance as the homes are oriented to take full advantage of the lake; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the variance WOllltlllOt impair an adequate supply of light and air to adjacent <br />property or substantially increase the congestion of the public streets or increase the danger of fire <br />or endanger the public safety or substantially diminish or impair property values within the <br />neighborhood in that the construction of a garage would not impair the supply of light and air to <br />adjacent properties or possibly increase the congestion of the public streets or increase the danger <br />offire or endanger the public safety or substantially diminish or impair property values within the <br />neighborhood. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Mounds View Planning Commission, <br />acting as the Board of Adjustment and Appeals, approves the variance requested by Ms. Dietrich <br />to allow for a garage to be located between the principal structure and street at 7805 Gloria <br />Circle. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the proposed garage shall <br />conform to all setback requirements as would be applied to a principal structure and conform to <br />the dimensional requirements for accessory structures in a single-family residential district. <br /> <br />Adopted this 7th day of April, 1999. <br /> <br />~~ <br /> <br />Jerry PeterS n, pqanning Commission Chairman <br /> <br />ATTEST <br /> <br /> <br />SEAL <br /> <br />N :\Dtl.TX.GROI.~PSTOJ\IDE v,nEVC,\SES\5 51-99\57G-9R\.
