A landscaping plan approved by City staff and the City Forester shall be provided showing <br />all areas to be sodded and those areas where additional plantings will be located with the <br />species and quantities identified, prior to City Council review. <br /> <br />2. The building and site plans shall be revised prior to City Council review as follows: <br /> <br />a. The entryways shall be located on the ground floor and the entryways for the two <br />end units shall be relocated to the sides of the building rather than the front. <br /> <br />b. An exterior light shall be located on the building adjacent to each entryway. <br /> <br />c_ Overhangs or some other type of architectural feature shall be added to the <br />structure over each entryway. <br /> <br />d. A second window shall be added to the front of the building for each unit. <br /> <br />e. Detailed parking plan shall be submitted outlining areas for parking and no <br />parking. <br /> <br />3. <br /> <br />A final drainage plan shall be submitted and approved by the City before any building <br />permits are issued. <br /> <br />4.
