NO\V, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View Planning Commission recommends approval of the conditional use permit \'-lith the following stipulations: I. Hours of operation shall not exceed 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. l\ilonday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. on Saturdays, and 10 a.m to 4 p.m on Sundays 2. Service of vehicles shall only be performed inside the building and shall be limited to only those vehicles on site for rent or sail'. There shall not be any service of vehicles allowed for the general public. 3. The applicant shall revise thc site plan to show two posted "No Parking" signs along the Spring Lake Road right of way. 4. Other than the vehicles for rent or sale, there shall be no outside storage allo\.vcd without the prior approval of an amendment to this conditional use permit 5. Automobile sales \vill be limited to a maximum or three vehicles at one time 6. Other than any interior signage, there shall be no signage allowed pertaining to the sale of vehicles. Cars may display "for sale" signs o/l~r if said signage is restrictcd to the interior of the vchiclcs. 7. No more than 23 vehiclcs shall be allowed to be parked outside on the premises at anyone time, and only in accordance with the site plan date-stamped 7/1 '5/99 8. No vehicle shall be allowed to be parked on unimproved surt~lce on the premises at any time. 9. The applicant shall make landscaping improvements to the propCl1y consistcnt with Commission and Council desircs, to bc more fully addrcssed prior to City Council action. 10. The applicant shall record the conditional use permit with Ramsey County within GO days of City Council approval or this permit shall become null and void.
