<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />MOUNDS VIEW PLANNING COMMISSION <br />RESOLUTION NO. 607-00 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF ORDINANCE 655, AN <br />ORDINANCE REZONING BRIDGES GOLF COURSE PARCELS FROM CRP <br />(CONSERVANCY, RECREATION AND PRESERVATION) AND <br />I-I (INDUSTRIAL) TO PF (PUBLIC FACILITIES) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Bridges Golf Course property is made up of a collection of subdivided, <br />platted and unplatted parcels; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Mounds View has become aware that the zoning of certain Bridges <br />Golf Course parcels are inconsistent with the Zoning Code and wishes to initiate a rezoning to bring <br />them into compliance with said Zoning Code and proposed Comprehensive Plan; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the following legally-described golf course properties are zoned CRP, <br />Conservancy, Recreation and Preservation: <br /> <br />That Part of the LS'outheast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter o.fSection 5, Township 30, <br />Range 23. lying north and west o/State Highway 10 Right (~{Way, and, <br /> <br />Those parts (~f Lots 3. .:/. 13 and 1-1, Block I. Laport Meadows, <br />lying north o/State Highwa.v 10 Right o.{Way: and, <br /> <br />Those parts of Lots I - 5. H/ock 2. Laport Meadm1!s, lying north <br />of State Highway 10 right oJ\vay: and, <br /> <br />All of Lots 1.2 and 15. Block 1. LaportMeadows. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the following legally-described golf course property is zoned I-I, Industrial: <br /> <br />Lot -I, Block I. North Star Industrial Park 2/U' Add <br /> <br />Outlot A, North .s'tar Industrial Park 2nd Add <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View Planning Commission believes that the above legally <br />described parcels should be rezoned PF, Public Facilities; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View Planning Commission finds that the proposed zoning would <br />resolve an inconsistency between the Zoning Code and proposed Comprehensive Plan; and, <br />
