MiOO-OOl <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Leo and Patricia Bergeleen have requested approval for a minor subdivision <br />dividing property they own at 8132 Long Lake Road, property zoned R-I, Single Family <br />Residential, legally described as follows: <br /> <br />771e NOrTh One Hundred (100) Feet of the 5,'outh Two Hundred Sixty-'lv.'o (262) Feet of the <br />East Five Hundred Twenty-Eight and Sixty-Six Hundredths (528.66) Feet of the Northeast <br />Quarter (NI~' I.t). of Section ,<"'ix (6), 'l'ow''11ship 171irty (30), Range Twenty-Three (23), <br />Accordin~ to the United States Government Survey Thereof. Subject to Easement on the Hast <br />Thirty-Three (33) Feet Thereofjbr Road Purposes and ,S'ubject Further to an Easement over <br />the Rear Five (5) Feet Thereofj(Jr Public Utility Use. Subject to Restrictions, Reservations, <br />and Easements of Record. UAny. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the land subdivided from the above-described parcel is legally described as <br />follows: <br /> <br />The Easterly 528.66, Exceptjbr the Easterly 229.7 Feet 771ereof of the North 100.00 Feet of <br />the South 262.00 Feet of the Northeast ~.~ of Section 6. TOli''11ship 30 North, Range 23 West, <br />Ramsey Count)'. Minnesota. Subject to a 30.00 Foot Dedication for Roadway Purposes over <br />the Westerly 30.00 Feet Thereof <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the applicant's request for a minor <br />subdivision and has determined that it is in conformance with Chapters 1104, 1201, and 1202 of <br />the Municipal Code; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission finds that the applicant's request for a minor <br />subdivision is in conformance with the Comprehensive Plan; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the applicant has submitted a Certificate and Plat of Survey for the above <br />described property; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Engineering Technician and Public Works Director for the City of <br />Mounds View have reviewed the proposed minor subdivision and has found it acceptable; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, no park dedication fees shall be required with this subdivision due to the <br />exemption for existing single-family dwellings language as stated in Section 1204.02, Sub. 3, of <br />the Municipal Code. <br />
