<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />MOUNDS VIEW PLANNING COMMISSION <br />RESOLUTION NO. 633-00 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A VARIANCE FROM SECTIONS 1104.01, SUBD. 4 <br />(PERTAINING TO SETBACKS), SECTION 1121.09, SUBD. 4 (PERTAINING TO <br />PARKING LOT WIDTHS) AND SECTION 1121.13 (PERTAINING TO OFF-STREET <br />PARKING REQUIREMENTS) OF THE MOUNDS VIEW ZONING CODE, FOR AN <br />OFFICE BUILDING AT 7664 GREENFIELD AVENUE; MOUNDS VIEW PLANNING <br />CASE VROO-007. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, The applicant, Tony Mezzenga, representing the property owner Ernest <br />Gustafson, has applied for a variance to allow for the construction of a 3,480 square-foot, split- <br />level office building at 7664 Greenfield Avenue, property zoned B-3, Highway Business, and <br />legally-described as follows: <br /> <br />Lo/ 30. Block 3. Greel~field Plat 2. Except the North 10 Fee/thereof' Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View Planning Commission has reviewed the following <br />documents regarding this proposal: <br /> <br />1. Plmming Application <br />2. Zoning Map <br />3. Location Map <br />4. Site Plan <br />5. Letter from the Applicant <br />6. Off-Street Parking Requirements <br />7. Staff Report <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a public hearing was held regarding this variance request on Wednesday, <br />September 6,2000, and discussion was continued to Wednesday, September 13,2000; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the purpose of the variance provision in the Zoning Code is to give relief to <br />property owners when the strict enforcement of the zoning code requirements imposes a hardship <br />thereby restricting the improvement of property due to practical difficulties brought about by <br />unique or extraordinary features of the physical property that are beyond the property owner's <br />control; and, <br />
