DEOI-002. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, The Minnesota Institute of Public Health has applied for a development <br />review to construct a 16,912 square foot office building at 2720 Highway 10: and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the subject property is zoned PUD, Planed Unit Development, is <br />designated as a "Mixed Use PUD" use on the Comprehensive Plan and is legally described as <br />follows: <br /> <br />Lot 2, Block J, SilvervielV Estates <br />Ramsey County, State of Minnesota <br /> <br />WHEREAS, according to Section 1006.06 of the Mounds View Municipal Code, any <br />new construction or expansion of existing facilities requires the approval of a development <br />review: and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, according to the adopted Development Agreement pertaining to the <br />Silverview Estates Planned Unit Development, a maximum 25,000 square feet of commercial <br />office is a permitted use on this lot; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Plmming Commission has reviewed the following documents <br />regarding this proposal: <br /> <br />a. Planning Application <br />b. Zoning Map <br />c. Revised Site Plan, date-stamped 3/2/01 <br />d. Landscape Plan, date-stamped 2/2101 <br />e. Floor Plan and Elevations, date-stamped 2/2101 <br />f. Photometric Analysis, date-stamped 2/2/01 <br />g. Grading, Drainage and Utility Plan, date-stamped 2/2/01 <br />h. Letter from George Winiecki, 2704 Highway 10 <br />1. Staff Report <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the proposed development satisfies the requirements of Zoning Code as <br />well as the adopted Planned Unit Development Document agreement executed on April 20, <br />1998; and, <br />
