<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Resolution 652-01 <br />Page 2 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, in accordance with Section 1204,04, Subd_ 4, a park dedication fee in the <br />amount of $794 is applicable with this proposed minor subdivision; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the right of way proposed to be vacated serves no identified public purpose. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View Planning Commission <br />recommends approval of the minor subdivision of8360 Pleasant View Drive and 8360 Spring <br />Lake Road requested by Stephen Redfield, subject to the following: <br /> <br />1_ Prior to the City Council approving this subdivision, the applicant shall submit the <br />required park dedication fee in the amount of $794 _ 00_ <br /> <br />2_ The Certificate of Survey shall be revised by adding language which states, "A <br />separate drainage and utility easement document has been executed and recorded with <br />Ramsey County." <br /> <br />3.
