Greel!field <br />Ramsey County; State of Minnesota <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has rcvicwed the following documents regarding <br />this proposal: <br /> <br />1. Planning Application <br />2. Zoning Map <br />3. Ramsey County Half Section Map <br />4. Applicant's Proposed Subdivision Plan <br />5. Comprehensive Plan Map (1979) <br />6. Future Land Use Map (Proposed. 2001) <br />7. Alternative Subdivision P]an <br />8. S ta fr Report <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission held a public hearing regarding this request on <br />June 6,2001; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission shall consider possible adversc cffects of the <br />proposed rezoning and shall make a finding of fact related to its review of the request; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS. The Mounds View Planning Commission makes thc following findings <br />regarding the possible adverse etfects of this rezoning according to Section 1125.01, Subd. Ie of <br />the Mounds View Zoning Code: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />According to the Comprehensive Plan, the propertics includcd in this proposed rezoning <br />are designated as Low Density Residential. The current comprehensivc plan, howcver, is <br />out of date and is undcrgoing a substantial revision, which will result in a ncw <br />comprchensive plan being adoptcd by the City Council. The proposal would be <br />consistent with the Comprchensive Plan if the Comprchensive Plan wcre revised to <br />designate this property Single-Family Attached. <br />
