<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />MOUNDS VIEW PLANNING COMMISSION <br />RESOLUTION NO. 670-01 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A DEVELOPMENT REVIEW <br />REQUEST FOR AN ANIMAL HOSPITAL LOCATED AT 2625 COUNTY HIGHWAY 10; <br />PLANNING CASE NO. DE01-003. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Dr. Bruce Schnabel and Dr. Kevin Barcus of the Mounds View Animal <br />Hospital, have applied for a development review to construct a 5,086 square foot animal <br />hospital at 2625 County Highway 10; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the subject property is zoned B-2, Limited Business, and is legally <br />described as follows: <br /> <br />Spring Lake Park Hillview <br />Subject to Highway; Lot 78 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, according to Section 1006.06 of the Mounds View Municipal Code, <br />any new construction or expansion of existing facilities requires the approval of a <br />development review; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, according to Section 1114.02 of the Mounds View Zoning Code, <br />animal hospitals are a conditional use within the B-2 zoning districts; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the following documents <br />regarding this proposal: <br /> <br />a. <br />b. <br />d. <br />e. <br />f. <br />g. <br />h. <br />I. <br /> <br />Planning Application <br />Location Map <br />Site Plan with Landscape Features <br />Site and Utility Plan <br />Grading Plan <br />Elevation Drawings <br />Interior Floor Plan <br />Staff Report <br />
