<br />r <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Clear Channd Resolution (,73.01 <br />September 19,2001 <br />Page 2 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the proposed development satisfies the requirements of the Zoning <br />Code and building code; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View Planning Commission believes that the expanded <br />billboard will result in an improved aesthetic appearance for the billboard and also the <br />County Highway 10 Corridor. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View Planning <br />Commission, finding that all of the zoning and building code requirements have been <br />satisfied, does hereby recommend approval of the development review request for a <br />672-square foot (14' by 48') expanded billboard located at 2373 County, subject to the <br />following stipulations: <br /> <br />1. All utilities to the billboard shall be reinstalled underground <br /> <br />2. A landscape plan shall be submitted which identifies the species and numbers of <br />planting and the type and mixture of wildflower and/or wetland seed to be used <br />and said plan shall be reviewed and approved by the City Forester. <br /> <br />3. The applicant shall apply for and obtain approval of a City Wetland Alteration <br />Permit and RCWD watershed permit if one is required. <br /> <br />4. An easement or lease agreement shall be approved for the expanded billboard, <br />to be negotiated in the best interest of the City. <br /> <br />5. The billboard's tan accent brick base and cap shall be of a rock-face or rough- <br />cut masonry material rather than a simple brick, and, wall of the base shall be of <br />a darker earth-tone rather than a red brick hue. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mounds View Planning Commission <br />directs Staff to forward this Resolution to the City Council prior to approval of the <br />minutes. <br /> <br />Adopted this 19th day of SePtemb~/~>~~01. ~/':~_'-:.. .. .--- ...... <br />_-1)//,,1..././7 ,TJLA!~~ <br />,/ ,./ ____ ;--- () v - .
