<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />MOUNDS VIEW PLANNING COMMISSION <br />RESOLUTION NO. 676-01 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A CITY CODE AMENDMENT TO <br />SECTION 1006.06 REGARDING DEVELOPMENT CONTROLS. <br /> <br />\VHEREAS, The City Code is vague regarding what types of projects require development <br />review by the Planning Commission and approval by the City Council; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, The City Code is vague regarding what types of projects require a <br />development contract; and, <br /> <br />\VHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the following documcnts regarding <br />this proposal: <br /> <br />a. Section 1006.06 of the City Code <br />b. Proposed Ordinance <br />c. Staff Rcport <br /> <br />\VHEREAS, the Mounds View Planning Commission finds that the proposed amendment <br />satisfies thc conditions outlined in Chapter 1125 ofthc Zoning Code; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View Planning Commission finds that the proposed amendment is <br />not in conflict with thc Mounds View Comprehensive Plan; and, <br /> <br />NO\V, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View Planning Commission <br />recommcnds approval of an amendment to Section 1006.06 Subdivision 2 and Subdivision 4 of <br />thc City Code as depicted in the attached proposed Ordinance. <br />
