<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />MOUNDS VIEW PLANNING COMMISSION <br />RESOLUTION NO. 679-01 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A RELOCATED DRIVEWAY <br />ASSOCIATED WITH THE APPROVED DEVELOPMENT AT 7664 GREENFIELD <br />A VENUE; PLANNING CASE NO. DEOO-002. <br /> <br />\VHEREAS, the subject property is zoned B-3, Highway Business, is designated as a <br />"Neighborhood Commercial" use on the Comprehensive Plan and is legally described as follows: <br /> <br />!.ot ]0. Sll~jecllo Road Fasemenl <br />Ramsey ('OllI7fY. .';tale (!/Afinnc.\'ola <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on February 26,2001, the City Council approved Resolution 5527, a <br />resolution approving a development review to construct a 2,006 square-foot office building at 7664 <br />Greenfield Avenue, as requested by the applicant, Tony Mezzenga; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on March 12,2001, the City Council adopted Resolution 5536 which <br />amended Resolution 5527 with regard only to the fencing and screening requirements; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on June 25,2001, the City Council adopted Resolution 5572 which further <br />amended Resolution 5527 by allowing the building to be two stories in height rather than one and a <br />half stories; and, <br /> <br />\VHEREAS, Ramsey County denied a driveway access permit onto County Road I due to <br />the presence of a county integrated stormsewer catch basin and plans to reroute the access around <br />the catch basin were deemed unacceptable; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, as a result, the applicant has submitted revised plans date-stamped October <br />29,2001 which relocate the access onto Greenfield Avenue in full compliance with the approved <br />setback requirements; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, all other requirements, conditions and stipulations addressed in Resolution <br />5527 (as amended by Resolutions 5536 and 5772) shall remain in force. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Mounds View Planning Commission <br />recommends approval of the request to relocate the access driveway onto Greenfield Avenue, <br />subject to the following stipulation: <br /> <br />1. Additional plantings and landscaping shall be installed on the north side of the lot, <br />between the parking lot and the County Road I sidewalk. <br />
