Councilmember Councilmember Councilmember Councilmember Mayor Hankner Paone - aye Quick - aye Blanchard - aye Wuori - aye - aye Clerk/Administrator Pauley reported a $2,212.77 loss had been experienced from the spring clean up day. and he reviewed what was taken in in waste, which was an all time record. Motion/Second: Wuori./Blanchard to authorize payment of $2,212.77 for the spring clean up day, to come from the contingency fund. • 5 ayes 0 nays Clerk/Administrator Pauley explained that he has one further item to bring to the Council's attention later on the agenda that will call for a payment from the contingency fund, which will then leave a fund balance of approximately $28,000. Motion/Second: Paone/Blanchard to have a fall clean up day on September 30 and set aside $7,500 from the contingency fund. 5 ayes 0 nays Clerk/Administrator Pauley reported Staff has pre- pared a resolution for the policy of mowing on private property, and he reviewed the policy statement, procedures and fees. Motion/Second: Quick/Wuwori to approve Resolution No. 2499, establishing policy, procedures and fees for the municipal mowing of weeds and tall grasses, and waive the reading. 5 ayes 0 nays Motion Carried 14.
