Park Picnic <br /> Shelter <br />Motion/Second: Quick/Wuori to approve Resolution <br />No. 2516, commending the Mounds View Lions Club for <br />their efforts in providing a picnic shelter to the <br />City of Mounds View, accepting the donation of <br />$75,000 from the Lions for construction of a shelter <br />in Silver View Park, and establishing policy, and <br />waive the reading. <br />5 ayes 0 nays Motion Carried <br />There was considerable discussion before the vote <br />was taken on the motion. <br />Mayor Hankner reviewed what is currently in the <br />park development fund and what is anticipated to <br />come in the next year. She also stated the fund needs <br />to be looked at, as she found some discrepencies in <br />reviewing them. <br />• Mr. Linke asked the status of the installation of <br />utilities for the park shelter building. <br />
