<br />'t <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />MOUNDS VIEW PLANNING COMMISSION <br />RESOLUTIO~ NO. 685-02 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A CITY CODE AMENDlVIENT TO <br />SECTIO~ 1106.03 SUBD. l(a) REGARDING ACCESSORY STRliCTURES. <br /> <br />\VHEREAS, The maximum combined area allowed for accessory structures is not <br />sufficicnt Cor larger propertics within thc City; and, <br /> <br />\VIIEREAS, thc Planning Commission has reviewed the following documents regarding <br />this proposal: <br /> <br />a. Section 11 OCl.03 Subd. l(a) of the City Code <br />b. Proposed Ordinance <br />c. Staff Report <br /> <br />\VHEREAS, the Mounds View Planning Commission finds that the proposed amendment <br />satisfies the conditions outlined in Chapter 1125 of the Zoning Code; and, <br /> <br />\VHEREAS, the Mounds View Planning Commission finds that the proposed amendment is <br />not in conflict with the Mounds View Comprehensive Plan; and, <br /> <br />NO\\', THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View Planning Commission <br />recommends appro\'al of an amendment to Section 1106.03 Subdivision l(a) of the City Code as <br />depicted in the attached proposed Ordinance. <br /> <br />BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED that the Mounds View Planning Commission directs stall <br />to forward this resolution to the City Council prior to approval of the minutes, <br />
