<br />~ <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />..' <br /> <br />MOUNDS !VIEW PLANNING COMMISSION <br />~SOLUTION NO. 687-02 <br /> <br />C'ITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />ST ATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING DENIAL OF A PRELIMINARY PLAT FOR THE <br />PROPOSED LONGVIEW ESTiATES MAJOR SUBDIVISION WITHIN A WETLAND <br />ZONING DISTRICT; PLANNING CASE NO. MAOI-OOl <br /> <br />I <br />WHEREAS, Keith Harstad has applied for a major subdivision for a 26-10t single family <br />residential subdivision on land located west of Longview Drive, south of County Road H2, east <br />of Silver Lake Road and north of Wood crest Park; and, <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the preliminary plat date-stamped January 18, 2002 contemplates a 26-lot <br />subdivision, with thirteen lots fronting Silver Lake Road and thirteen lots fronting Longview <br />Drive; and, <br /> <br />I <br />WHEREAS, the subject parcel is legally described as follows: <br />I <br /> <br />Lot ;4, Block 1, Mueller Addition <br />Ramsey County, State of Minnesota <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the parcel is zoned R-l, Single Family Residential and the adopted <br />Comprehensive Plan designates the parcel for low-density residential development; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the proposed sl,lbdivision is completely within a Wetland Zoning District; <br /> <br />and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, within a wetlarid zoning district, the minimum lot width for single-family <br />residential lots is 125 feet and the minimum lot area is 20,000 square feet; and, <br /> <br />I <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the following documents regarding <br />this proposal; <br /> <br />1. <br />2. <br />3. <br />4. <br />5. <br />6. <br /> <br />Zoning Map I <br />Planning Application <br />Section 1010.07, Subd 3 of the City Code <br />WetIand Zoning District Map <br />Preliminary Plat. date stamped January 18, 2002 <br />i <br />Staff Report <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE I:I' RESOLVED, the Mounds View Planning Commission <br />hereby makes the following finding of fact related to the submitted Longview Estates preliminary <br />I <br />plat: <br />
