<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />MOUNDS VIEW PLANNING COMMISSION <br />RESOLUTION NO. 689-02 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COlJNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A VARIANCE FROM THE MINIMUM PARKING <br />REQUIREMENT FOR A PROPOSED HOUSING FACILITY LOCATED AT THE <br />SOUTHEAST CORNER OF MOUNDS VIEW DRIVE AND COUNTY ROAD I; <br />PLANNING CASE NO. VR02-001 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, The applicant, Mike Bjerkesett of the National Handicap Housing Institute, <br />has applied for a variance from the minimum parking requirement for multi-family; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, The applicant is proposing to construct a 20-unit residential housing facility <br />for mobility-impaired adults; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, The City Code requires 1.5 parking spaces per unit plus 1 garage space per <br />unit; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, The applicant is proposing 30 parking spaces, none of which are garage <br />spaces; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the property is zoned R-4, High Density Residential, and is legally described <br />as follows: <br /> <br />ii.act A, RegisleredLwuJ Survey No -11-1, <br />Files ojRegislrar (!f /'illes, <br />Ramse:v ('Ollllfy <br />Slale (?lkfilll7esola <br /> <br />\VHEREAS, the Mounds View Planning Commission has reviewed the following <br />documents regarding this proposal: <br />
