The variance would not be materially detrimental to the purpose of this Title or to other <br />property in the same zone. <br /> <br />8. The variance would not impair a supply oflight or increase congestion, nor would it <br />increase the danger of fire or endanger the public safety or diminish property values. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, the Mounds View Planning <br />Commission, based upon its review of the documentation, testimony presented at the public <br />hearing, and the identified findings of fact, does hereby approve the variance request from the <br />minimum parking requirement to allow 30 parking spaces and no garages for the property located <br />at the southeast corner of County Road I and Mounds View Drive, contingent upon the <br />following: <br /> <br />I. The applicant shall arrange to have recorded with Ramsey County this resolution of <br />approval and provide proof of such recordation to the City within 60 days of the date of <br />approval, or this variance shall be rendered null and void. <br />2. The variance shall expire at such time as the facility is no longer used as handicap housing. <br />3. The site plan shall be revised to show an additional ten (10) parking spaces marked "proof <br />of parking", which could be constructed in the future if so needed. <br />4.
